• Management of volleyball teams and their players
• Real-time match recording and tracking
• Analysis of player performance statistics
• Report and analytics generation
• Data export (Premium feature)

2. Pricing

Our pricing structure:

• Free: 1 team, basic features
• Premium: €9.90/month - 1 team, advanced statistics
• Premium Duo: €14.90/month - 2 teams, all features

3. Payment Conditions

Payment terms:

• Payment by credit card via Stripe
• Monthly automatic billing
• All prices include taxes
• Cancellation possible at any time
• Right of withdrawal: 14 days for new subscribers

4. Authorized Use

You may use TacticalVolley for:

• Volleyball team management
• Official match recording
• Performance analysis
• Sharing with your team

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use TacticalVolley for:

• Unauthorized commercial use
• Violation of intellectual property rights
• Transmission of illegal content
• Attempting to hack or unauthorized access

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

7. Data Usage

All statistical data entered into the platform remains the property of the user. We do not claim ownership of your data.

8. Limitations of Liability

TacticalVolley shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

• Active account data: kept while your account is active
• Deleted account data: immediate deletion, except email kept 1 year for abuse prevention
• Billing data: 10 years (French legal obligation)
